This residency is a shared space for artistic research through dance. Rather than beginning with predetermined material, we will gather as a group to explore how dance can be generated collectively in real time. Drawing from practices of verbal description, improvisation, conversation, and shared experience, the research will emerge through being together, paying attention, and responding.

Over the course of eight days, participants will work together in an environment that equally considers and values different bodies, communication styles, and rhythms of work. At the end of the residency, we will share the outcome of this process with the audience.
