Stopgap Dance Company (UK) and InForm (Georgia) invite you to join a five-day intensive workshop in inclusive dance. 

The workshop is open to disabled and non-disabled artists and enthusiasts of all levels interested in inclusive performing arts. Participants will be introduced to contemporary inclusive dance practices and will explore the process of transforming movement into performance.

The workshop will be led by Stopgap Dance Company choreographers and dancers Lucy Bennett and Nadenh Poan, members of InForm’s creative team – David Khorbaladze and Jacob Gogotishvili. 

We invite professional and amateur actors, dancers, and anyone interested in performing arts, to take part in our inclusive performance workshop, “Contact Zone.”

During the workshop, we aim to create a shared space, a zone of contact, where, through movement, storytelling, and other artistic mediums, we will explore different layers of connection: with ourselves, with one another, and with the environment. As a result of this exploration, we will discover possibilities for creating performance through collective effort.

Join us for a contemporary dance workshop on September 18th led by the choreographers of the performance FOLKS Natia Chikvaidze (Georgia) and William Sanches (Germany).

The workshop is open to everyone who loves contemporary dance and movement, and would like to meet our dancers and get involved in the creative process behind the performance.

The workshop will be held in English with Georgian translation.
